Town Watching Brown? - Ipswich Town News
Town are one of a number of Championship clubs reported to be keeping tabs on Bristol City winger Scott Brown. The 21-year-old has made a strong start to the season and was named PFA Fans' Player of the Month for September.
Brown is out of contract at the end of the season, prompting several clubs to send scouts to watch the former Everton trainee in action for the League One side. As well as the Blues, representatives of Birmingham, Preston, Leeds and Wolves are all understood to have made the trip to Ashton Gate.
Since being released by Everton in 2004, Brown has made 45 starts and 18 substitute appearances for the Robins, scoring four goals.
