A Town U17 side lost 2-1 in a friendly at West Ham's Little Heath training ground on Thursday afternoon. The game was arranged as there are no scheduled U16 and U18 matches this weekend.
Town's goal was an own goal forced after good work from midfielder Jai Reason.
The Blues line-up included former Cambridge City and Leicester City schoolboy Sam Parkinson, a left winger.
