Currie Swap for Adebola? - Ipswich Town News
Reports in Coventry claim that Town could still be after Sky Blues striker Dele Adebola. Boss Jim Magilton is reportedly working on a swap deal which would see out-of-favour midfielder Darren Currie move in the opposite direction.
Coventry's interest in Currie has been known since the summer, while Magilton was keen to add 31-year-old Nigerian Adebola to his squad before the August transfer window closed.
Yesterday, Derby County denied any interest in Currie, who looks almost certain to leave the Blues before the emergency loan deadline next week.
