Club Faces Shareholders - Ipswich Town News
Town's shareholders have their chance to quiz the board on Wednesday evening at the club's Annual General Meeting. It promises to be a more lively occasion than usual with widespread criticism of the bonuses awarded to three board members and chairman David Sheepshanks.
The chairman received £25,000 in addition to his £69,000 salary, while chief executive Derek Bowden received a £46,000 bonus, finance director Anna Hughes was awarded £23,000 and sales and marketing director Andrew Goulborn £10,000.
Ipswich Town Ist, the Supporters Trust, have announced on their website that they intend to question the chairman on the bonuses and a number of other issues.
The meeting is taking place in the gym in the Greene King Stand.
