O'Callaghan Deal Soon? - Ipswich Town News
Town and Cork City are reportedly set for talks which would conclude George O'Callaghan's move to Portman Road. TWTD understands that personal terms have been agreed with the 27-year-old midfielder and only his fee remains to be finalised.
Claims earlier in the week that Cork wanted £100,000 for the ex-Port Vale man appear to be wide of the mark and the Blues are likely to have to pay significantly less than that for the former Irish U18 and U20 international.
Town will hope to have all aspects of the deal concluded in time for O'Callaghan to officially sign when the transfer window opens on January 1st.
