Knights Plays Trial Game - Ipswich Town News
Striker Darryl Knights played the first game of his trial spell with Yeovil for the Glovers' reserves at Weymouth on Wednesday evening. The Somerset side beat the Terras 4-0.
Knights played the full 90 minutes and, although he didn't score, the Town man won a 19th minute penalty when he was hauled down when through and about to shoot by Weymouth defender Ashley Vickers, who was shown a straight red card. Gavin McCallum netted the spotkick.
The Ipswich-born frontman is on trial at Huish Park with a view to a possible loan move.
