Full-back David Wright accepted full blame for the goal which saw Wolves defeat the Blues 1-0 at Portman Road on Tuesday night. Wright's underhit back pass was seized upon by Stephen Ward, who scored the only goal of the game.
The former Wigan man said: "It was a big error by me. My mistake cost us. And I hold my hands up and take the blame.
"It was a poor pass and left Lewis Price a long way short. You cannot make individual mistakes like that."
