U18s Take on Hammers - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18s are in action against West Ham United at Playford Road on Saturday morning (KO 11am). The youngsters will be looking to avenge a 3-2 defeat to the Hammers earlier in the season.
The Blues are likely to be without Liam Barrett who injured his knee in last week's 3-3 draw at Crystal Palace.
Town's U16s face the same opposition away from home and will again field at Norwegian trialist Aleksander Stensrud in goal.
Meanwhile, Irish U16 international striker or midfielder Paul Murphy has left Portman Road to return home and has joined Crumlin United.
The Blues have released schoolboys Joe Bloomfield and Chris Bond.
