U18s Lose to Sky Blues - Ipswich Town News
Town's U18s lost 2-0 at Coventry City on Saturday morning. Goals in the final five minutes from David Burtoft and Lee Hildreth condemned the Blues to an undeserved defeat, Town having missed a number of early chances.
The U16s lost 3-1 to the same opposition, Bermudian trialist Reggie Lamb scoring for the Blues. Lamb was previously on the scoresheet twice in a 3-2 midweek defeat to a Suffolk College XI.
U18s: Plummer, Webster, Robinson, Upson, Smith, Fenn, Nimmo, Reason, Leabon, Ainsley (Calver 72), Tooms. Unused: Clemo, Daniels.
