Synnott Close to Return - Ipswich Town News
Full-back Michael Synnott should be fit enough to return to action when the reserves take on Leyton Orient at Portman Road next Tuesday. Synnott chipped an ankle bone while away with the Republic of Ireland U21 side earlier in the month.
Physio Matt Byard told the club site: "Michael has made an exceptional recovery from injury and, if all goes well on his return to training, he will be in line to play for the reserves next week."
The reserves also face the O's this week, at Brisbane Road on Tuesday afternoon (KO 2pm).
