Price a Doubt - Ipswich Town News

Keeper Lewis Price is now considered a doubt for Saturday's home game with Derby due to the foot injury he sustained at Sheffield Wednesday on Monday. Initially the Wales international thought he would be fine to face the Rams, but he is still in pain.

Price received a kick to his foot just before half-time at Hillsborough and appeared to be struggling with his kicking at times, despite making it until the end of the game.

Shane Supple was withdrawn from yesterday's 2-2 reserves draw at Luton Town in case he is required at the weekend. The Irishman is desperate for the chance to get back into the first team and reclaim a regular place in the side.

Meanwhile, on-loan Blues midfielder Darren Currie will not be available for selection against Town under the terms of the deal agreed between the two clubs.
