Reserves to Face Brighton - Ipswich Town News
Town's reserves will face Brighton and Hove Albion in their Pontin's Holidays Football Combination League play-off match. The Seagulls defeated Bournemouth 4-1 this evening to claim the Central Division title, the Blues having already won the East Division.
TWTD understands that the play-off will be played at Portman Road on a date yet to be set as the Sussex side are unable to schedule another match at the Withdean Stadium under the terms of their lease. As the season is rapidly drawing to a close, the game is likely to be played at some point next week.
