Burley on Transfer Talk - Ipswich Town News
Town manager George Burley has spoken on the subject of the ongoing transfer speculation. The Town manager denied any further interest in Mark Wilson as mentioned in tabloids at the weekend.
The Blues' boss said: "He is a player that we have looked at but he is not the player involved in this particular situation. All I want to say is that we are in for a particular player and we hope to tie a deal up this week."
Otherwise Burley remains his usual taciturn self leaving us all to speculate whether it is Chris Makin, Stephen Glass, Tom Peeters or a host of other names.
