Rhodes Off to Germany - Ipswich Town News
Keeper coach Andy Rhodes will spend a week working with Bundesliga side Bayern Munich this summer. Rhodes's opposite number at Bayern is 1974 World Cup winner Sepp Maier, while their current first choice is Oliver Kahn.
The Town coach, who will travel to Germany in July, told the club site: "I'm looking forward to it. I'll be there for the week, looking at the way that Bayern work with their keepers.
"It's a great opportunity to see how a top European club works on the training ground and I'm sure it will provide us with some new ideas that we can look to take on board here."
