Jim on Cup Draw - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton says he expects a difficult game when the Blues take on Carling Cup opponents the MK Dons at their new 30,000-seater ground, which they have chosen to call 'stadium:mk'.
Magilton told the club site: "We would rather have been at home, obviously. It's a tricky tie. They will be raring to go and looking to take a scalp from a higher division.
"I'm sure they will be fired up and we will have to match their desire and then look to make our ability on the ball count."
The Town manager will hope for an improvement on last year's Carling Cup first round performance when the Blues lost 4-2 on penalties at Peterborough after a 2-2 draw.
