Reserve Game Set - Ipswich Town News
Town's Pontin's Holidays Football Combination League play-off final with Brighton will be played at Portman Road on Wednesday, 15th August (KO 7pm). The Blues won the East Division, while the Seagulls topped the Central Division.
Brighton's reserve programme ended too late to fix a date for the play-off to find the overall reserve champions and so the match was held over until the new season.
Meanwhile, Peterborough United and Grays Athletic have been announced as new members of next season's East Division. The league remains at 10 teams with Oxford United withdrawing and Leyton Orient switching to the Central Division.
As a result Town's reserves will face Colchester United, Grays Athletic, Luton Town, MK Dons, Northampton Town, Norwich City, Peterborough United, Southend United and Stevenage Borough during this season's campaign.
