Hull Make Second Lee Bid - Ipswich Town News
Hull City have made their expected second bid for Town striker Alan Lee, according to reports in East Yorkshire. Earlier in the week the Blues turned down a £400,000 offer from the Tigers.
The new bid is understood to be in the region of £600,000, a fee which could well tempt Town into selling last season's 17-goal top scorer.
Earlier reports claim Hull will offer Lee a three-year contract worth £8,000-a-week. The Republic of Ireland striker has only a year left on his current Town deal with no new offer on the table.
Meanwhile, reported Blues target David Healy has joined Fulham from Leeds United.
