Squad Numbers Announced - Ipswich Town News

Striker Pablo Couñago has been handed his old number nine shirt for 2007/08. Fellow returnee Tommy Miller has been given the number 10 vacated by Darren Currie, who was released at the end of last season.

Shane Supple keeps his number one jersey with new keeper Neil Alexander being issued the number 27.

The only other new names on this year's list are youngsters Ed Upson, who has been handed the number 29 and Tommy Smith, who is the Blues' number 35 shirt. Town have also named a supporter, Ross Evans, as number 60 after he won a competition.
