Jim: Shut Up - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton has told Hull City to make another bid for Alan Lee or stop talking about the Republic of Ireland striker. Tigers boss Phil Brown and chairman Paul Duffen have spoken about the progress or lack of progress of their attempt to sign the 28-year-old on an almost daily basis over the last few weeks.
Magilton appears to be becoming frustrated at Hull's approach to negotiations: "If they are going to do something about Alan Lee then they should do it. If not, they should shut up.
"We have been talking about a new contract with Alan and these things take a bit of time. When the contract is done we will express it to the world."
Meanwhile, former academy defender Jack Haverson has joined Grays Athletic after leaving Bournemouth. Haverson was a member of the 2005 FA Youth Cup-winning squad.
