Karic Palace News - Ipswich Town News

TWTD has received a report on Amir Karic's exploits during his current loan spell with Palace. Palace fan and Match of the Day magazine journalist Jeff Perkins gives the Palace view of Town's Slovenian defender.

Poor old Amir Karic, eh? Three games into his Palace career and he's helped to leak five goals, had the chairman in the changing room throwing tea cups and finds himself embroiled in a relegation scrap he looks very likely to lose. Believe you me these are desperate times in SE25.

The thought of an experienced international playing in a position we haven't filled properly since the departure of Dean Gordon filled our hearts with joy. However, the on-loan Tractor Boy has been distinctly average for the Eagles and was even taken off in the first half last Saturday. To be fair to him he looks like he can pass a ball and has put in a couple of decent crosses but on a bog of a pitch when the instruction is to knock it long and hard, he has gone missing on a number of occasions.

Any chance of getting Hermann back? Pretty please?
