Posh Pre-Season Friendly - Ipswich Town News
Town have arranged a friendly with Peterborough United as part of their pre-season programme. The game will take place at London Road Sunday 29th July (KO 3pm).
Posh manager Barry Fry said of the game: "We always try to come up with one attractive warm-up game and Ipswich will more than maintain the standard set when Tottenham Hotspur were here last summer."
Town still haven't released details of their pre-season tour, although there may be a change from the regualr jaunt to Scandinavia. Premiership status has meant the Blues getting other offers and the team may well be off to a different destination this summer.
