Leicester Game Postponed - Ipswich Town News
Town's home match with Leicester City scheduled for Tuesday, September 18th has been postponed due to the Foxes needing to reschedule last night's abandoned Carling Cup second round tie with Nottingham Forest.
The cup match was stopped at half-time after Leicester defender Clive Clarke collapsing in the dressing room.
International commitments meant that the week of Town's game with Leicester was the only date when the match could be replayed.
Clarke, linked with a move to the Blues during his time at Stoke, is now stable in hospital in Nottingham.
No new date has yet been set for the Town-Leicester match.
