Town are being linked with Kaiserslautern's midfielder/defender Jeff Strasser. The Luxembourg international has apparently impressed Town with some all-action displays from midfield this season.

Fulham are also linked with the 26-year-old who has scored three goals for his club this season. He is rated as Luxembourg's top player, which admittedly isn't a huge claim. However, he was the scorer for his country when they lost 2-1 to Slovenia with Amir Karic playing for the opposition.

He previously played for Metz in France and signed for Kaiserslautern in August 1999.
