Brazil in Court - Ipswich Town News
Former Blue Alan Brazil was in court in Bury St Edmunds yesterday denying a charge of drink-driving.
The TalkSport presenter is alleged to have had 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath after being stopped by police on September 16th while driving on the A14 at Woolpit.
Brazil is due to return to court for a pre-trial hearing review hearing on October 23rd, his lawyer Gary Bromelow having failed with a request for his client to be excused from being required to appear due to his TalkSport commitments.
The former striker's second book, Both Barrels From Brazil: My War Against the Numpties, which "details the thoughts and philosophies that have shaped his life”, was published earlier this month and is available here for £9.44.
