Jim on Polish Trip - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton says he is yet to speak with chief scout Steve McCall after his trip to Poland last week. The Town manager says he is keen to add Eastern Europeans to his squad with McCall and first team coach Bryan Klug recently taking a similar look at Czech players.
Magilton said: "I have not have a chance to have a word with Steve since he returned. But if we could pick up one or two that would be great.”
TWTD was first to reveal the trip which saw McCall watch four games, including the UEFA Cup tie between Groclin Dyskobolia and Crvena Zvezda (formerly Red Star Belgrade) and the Polish league match between Korona Kielce and Legia Warsaw.
