Jim Has a Word - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton says he had a word with striker Pablo Couñago regarding his waving of an imaginary card after he was fouled by Preston's Callum Davidson during the first half of Saturday's 2-1 victory over the Lilywhites.
Magilton said: "I had a word at the interval on Saturday. It is not the way we do things at this club.”
The Town manager has also explained his reasons for dropping Alex Bruce to the bench and starting with Fabian Wilnis alongside Jason De Vos: "I felt bringing in Fabian Wilnis would give us a bit more composure at the back."
Magilton added that Bruce had made one or two errors in recent matches.
