Jim Charged by FA - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton has been charged with using using abusive and/or insulting words towards referee Colin Webster after last Tuesday evening's 2-2 defeat at Burnley, a breach of FA rule E3.
The Tyne and Wear-based official had controversially denied Pablo Couñago a winning goal close to the end of the game. Magilton has until 23rd October to respond to the charge.
Last season, the Town boss was given a two-match touchline ban and fined £500 for a similar offence after being sent to the stands by referee Mark Clattenburg at Preston North End.
