McManus Link Denied - Ipswich Town News

Town are reported to have refuted Chester chairman Stephen Vaughan's claim that the Blues made an enquiry regarding young striker Paul McManus.

Vaughan said yesterday that Blues chairman David Sheepshanks had spoken to him regarding the 17-year-old.

However, a club spokesman is reported to have described the story as "wide of the mark".
