Duo Miss Out - Ipswich Town News
Town pair Shane Supple and Chris Casement were left on the sidelines as their U21 sides were involved in European Championships qualifiers on Friday evening.
Supple, who is still to make his debut at U21 level, was an unused sub as the Republic of Ireland lost 1-0 in Montenegro, while Casement failed to pick up his ninth U21 cap as Northern Ireland thrashed Luxembourg 5-0.
Both players have another chance to pick up caps on Tuesday with the Republic taking on Bulgaria at Athlone and the Northern Irish facing Moldova at Lurgan.
Meanwhile, Alex Bruce has not been named in the full Republic of Ireland side playing Wales at Cardiff today.
