Williams in Reserves - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Gavin Williams has been named in the reserves side facing Peterborough at London Road this evening (KO 7pm). Town are hopeful the Welshman may be fit enough to be involved against Cardiff City on Saturday.
Williams played 70 minutes of the reserves friendly with Spurs last week and is likely to be looking at completing the full 90 this evening. The former Yeovil and West Ham man has been out of action since damaging ankle ligaments in the pre-season friendly with Panathinaikos.
Also in the side are Fabian Wilnis, Gary Roberts, Dean Bowditch, Sito and Liam Trotter.
