Holland 4 Macedonia 22 - Ipswich Town News
As predicted yesterday Matt Holland has been called up to the Irish squad for their match in Skopje against Macedonia. As expected he replaces the injured Roy Keane. It is likely that it will be between Lee Carsley and Holland for Keane's shirt. With David Johnson already in the Wales squad, Richard Wright a virtual certainty for the England full squad (he has been omitted from the U21s) and Sean Friars likely to be in the Northern Ireland U21 squad it seems certain that Town's game with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on October 9th will be postponed.
