Bramble on the Bench - Ipswich Town News
We've heard a whisper that Town centre-half Titus Bramble could well start tonight's England U21 game from the bench. It had been thought that the young Town star was a certain starter in Howard Wilkinson's side, but it appears from what we've heard that he has been once again overlooked.
Wilkinson was widely criticised for his side's performance against Spain in their last game which they lost 4-0. Bramble, who wasn't even named in the original squad for that game, was expected to come in and strengthen the beleaguered defence.
