No Dalglish Trial - Ipswich Town News
Contrary to earlier reports, Houston Dynamo striker Paul Dalglish is not on trial with the Blues. The former Canary will spend time at Playford Road but is merely training with Town ahead of the MLS season.
Former England skipper David Beckham is currently having a similar spell with Arsenal ahead of his return to the LA Galaxy.
A trial for the 30-year-old, a friend of Alex Bruce and still in contact with coach Steve Foley who he knows from his time at Norwich, looked very unlikely given that his most recent experience of English football was with Scunthorpe in 2003.
