U18s Face Pompey - Ipswich Town News

Town's U18s are in league action for the first time in 2008 on Saturday morning when they take on Portsmouth at Playford Road (KO 11am).

One or two regulars may be rested ahead of Wednesday's FA Youth Cup fourth round tie with Watford at Portman Road (KO 7pm).

Town have 1,000 free tickets on offer for that game via the sponsorship of Ipswich Town Ist, the Supporters Trust, and Reader Offers (ROL Cruise).

Academy sponsorship manager Simon Milton said: "The fantastic support from Ipswich Town Ist and Reader Offers has meant that we can offer the first 1,000 tickets free.

"It should be a cracking game and the more support we can get along to Portman Road, the better it will be for our boys."

Tickets to the game are available now on a first come, first served basis from the Town Ticket Office on 0870 111 0555 or from Planet Blue.

Once the free allocation has been taken up, normal sales will see adult tickets priced at £3 and children's seats at £1.
