Burnley Accept Charlton Bid for Gray - Ipswich Town News
Burnley have accepted an offer from Charlton for reported Town target Andy Gray. The striker is now set to hold talks regarding personal terms with the Addicks.
A Burnley statement reads: "After turning down a substantial seven-figure bid from Charlton earlier this week, the Clarets have now accepted an improved offer of £1.5 million with add-ons, which could take the fee to £2 million.
"Gray will now discuss personal terms with Burnley's Championship rivals and will not be in Owen Coyle's squad for the weekend game away to Coventry City.”
Town and Cardiff City are also understood to have shown interest in the 30-year-old.
