Argyle Turn Down Norris's Transfer Request - Ipswich Town News
Plymouth Argyle have announced that they have turned down David Norris's request for a transfer. The Pilgrims board and manager Paul Sturrock met yesterday to discuss Norris's proposed move to either Town or Leicester City.
A statement on the Plymouth site reads: "Argyle can confirm that they have received a written request for a transfer from midfielder David Norris.
"After due consideration, the request has been refused by the club."
On Thursday, Town made their second bid for the 26-year-old midfielder, believed to be £1.75 million rising to £2 million.
