Clarke Makes Falkirk Debut - Ipswich Town News

Striker Billy Clarke made his Falkirk debut as a second half sub as the Bairns lost 2-0 at Rangers on Saturday afternoon. Keeper Shane Supple, who joined Falkirk on loan along with Clarke during the transfer window, was an unused sub.

Clarke was introduced in the 61st minute but couldn't prevent his side from falling to a defeat. Former Blue Neil Alexander was an unused sub for Rangers.

Winger Jaime Peters played the first 64 minutes of his second appearance for Yeovil Town as his loan side lost 2-0 to Walsall at the Bescot Stadium.

Meanwhile, Leicester City defender Gareth McAuley has signed a new a new three-and-a-half year deal with the Foxes. Town made a number of offers for the Northern Irishman during the transfer window, but Leicester were keen to keep him at the Walkers Stadium.
