Roberts Makes Crewe Debut - Ipswich Town News
Gary Roberts made his debut for Crewe Alexandra last night as his loan side defeated Leyton Orient 1-0 at Brisbane Road. Roberts played the full 90 minutes after joining the O's for a one month spell earlier in the day.
Dean Bowditch made an impressive second debut for Brighton in their 0-0 draw at home to Tranmere after joining the Seagulls on loan on Monday. Town team-mate Matt Richards also played the full 90 minutes.
Jaime Peters was on the field for the first 75 minutes of Yeovil Town's 1-0 victory over Northampton, making one or two strong runs down the right in the second half.
Shane Supple and Billy Clarke's Falkirk were not in action last night.
Further to yesterday's match report, the last time Town won back-to-back league games was two years ago not four. Apologies for the duff info.
