Norris OK for Stoke Trip - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder David Norris is expected to be fit for next Saturday's crunch clash with Championship leaders Stoke City despite leaving Portman Road on crutches after the 2-1 victory over Blackpool.
Norris says that he has had a problem which he aggravated at the weekend: "I have been playing with a sore heel for a while, and it became more painful during Saturday's game.
"It was felt best to give me an injection immediately after the match, and this is why I left the ground on crutches. But I expect to be training normally for most of the week.”
The former Plymouth man was off his crutches and seemed to be walking normally when TWTD spotted him in town on Sunday afternoon.
