Méïté Turned Down Town - Ipswich Town News
Bolton central defender Abdoulaye Méïté is reported to have turned down a loan move to Town. Méïté fell out with Trotters boss Gary Megson after refusing to play the second half of last week's game against Manchester United.
Méïté said he was unfit and not capable of continuing but Bolton physios were unable to find a problem.
The Ivorian international is set to leave the club in the summer with Megson vowing never to field him again.
Town boss Jim Magilton is looking to add a defender and a striker on loan before the emergency loan deadline on Thursday.
