Bruce Added to Irish Squad - Ipswich Town News
Defender Alex Bruce has been added to the Republic of Ireland squad for their first training camp with new coach Giovanni Trapattoni and two friendlies. Midfielder Owen Garvan was named in the initial 40-man squad and also the reduced 28-player party.
Bruce was not on the original list but has now been called up to the squad which meets in Dublin on Thursday. The training camp takes place in Portugal before friendlies with Serbia at Croke Park in Dublin on May 24th and Colombia at Craven Cottage on May 29th.
