Boss Jim Magilton says he is yet to offer a new deal to out of contract striker Dean Bowditch. However, the Town manager is set to sit down with the 21-year-old to discuss his future.
Magilton said: "Dean has not been offered a new contract but I will sit down and have a heart to heart with him, look him in the eye and see where his ambitions lie.â€Â
Bowditch has failed to nail down a first team place after breaking through from the academy as a 16-year-old. Injuries have hampered him over the last few seasons, much of which have been spent on loan with the likes of Burnley, Wycombe, Northampton and Brighton.
