Second Loan Spell for Supple? - Ipswich Town News
Falkirk boss John Hughes says his club are looking to loan Shane Supple for a second spell next season. Previous reports had suggested that the Bairns manager wanted the Irish U21 international to join his side on a permanent basis over the summer.
Hughes said: "I would have no qualms about bringing Shane back and hopefully we could do it on loan. I'll speak to Ipswich boss Jim Magilton, but I don't know what the position is until I speak to him."
Supple has a year left on his Town deal and has previously said he would like to rejoin the Bairns next season if it meant he was going to play games.
The 21-year-old, who may require a finger operation this summer, made four appearances for Falkirk this season after joining on loan in January.
