Magilton: Good Work-Out - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton was pleased with his side's performance during the 2-0 victory at Brentford on Friday evening. Pim Balkestein and Danny Haynes netted the goals.
Magilton told the club site: "It was a good work-out for the players and gives us something to build on. It was good to see Pim get on the scoresheet. It's a nice way to start his career here."
Balkestein was delighted with his goal: "It is great to score in my first match for the club.
"It is good for my confidence and I enjoyed the game. We played some good football, especially in the second half and maybe we should have won by more goals."
