Agent Confirms Skácel Move Close - Ipswich Town News
Rudi Skácel's agent Pavel Zika says his player's move to the Blues is edging ever closer. As reported earlier, Czech newspapers are reporting that the Southampton midfielder has agreed personal terms with Town and could move to Portman Road before the end of the week.
Zika said: "Ipswich look like the most likely option, but nothing is signed yet. There are still some clubs interested, but are none are as close as Ipswich."
The agent has also refuted claims that wages have been the reason for the deal being held up over the last week: "This has not been a problem at all. Money has played no important role in the negotiations."
