Keeper Shane Supple says Richard Wright's return to the Blues yesterday could mean he leaves Portman Road. Supple has previously been linked with a return to Falkirk where he spent the second half of the season on loan.
The Irishman said: "I don't want to leave Ipswich, but I'm 21 and I need to be playing games. It comes down to what the manager decides so we will probably sit down and have a chat.â€Â
Supple says that if he stays with Town he will give Wright a battle for the number one shirt: "He won't be getting an easy ride. I will make him work hard for his place.â€Â
Meanwhile, striker Alan Lee has yet again reiterated his desire to remain with the Blues in the wake of Kevin Lisbie's signing and yesterday's links with Huddersfield: "Whenever I hear talk like that I take it as a compliment, but I'm very happy at Ipswich and have no desire to leave.â€Â
Lee is keen to form a new partnership with former Colchester and Charlton man Lisbie.
