No Huddersfield Comment on Town Duo - Ipswich Town News

Huddersfield Town manager Stan Ternent has refused to comment on yesterday's reports linking his club with a £700,000 move for Town duo Alan Lee and Gary Roberts.

Ternent, who is due at a Terriers board meeting today, was questioned by the local press in Yorkshire regarding the reports, but made no comment.

Roberts is one of five players transfer-listed by boss Jim Magilton at the end of last season, however, the former Accrington man has impressed during Town's pre-season programme.

Lee has been linked with a move away from the Blues in each of the last three transfer windows, but has reiterated his desire to remain with the Blues on a number of occasions.

However, with Kevin Lisbie having been recruited and other strikers such as Nicky Maynard and Angelos Charisteas also targeted, the Irishman could find himself surplus to requirements at Portman Road this summer.
