Campo Set for Town Debut Against Colchester - Ipswich Town News
Boss Jim Magilton has confirmed that David Wright, Iván Campo and David Norris are likely to be in the side which faces Colchester United in the Carling Cup at Portman Road on Tuesday evening.
Magilton told the club site: "Wrighty is not far away and could be back for the Colchester game next week.
"David Norris won't be involved against Wolves but we are looking at him perhaps playing next Tuesday as well.
"Iván needs games, so he could feature against Colchester with a view to be ready for Watford on Saturday week."
Wright injured ankle ligaments in the opening game against Preston, while Norris picked up a heel injury early in pre-season but returned as a sub in the Carling Cup tie against Leyton Orient.
Campo made his first appearance in a Town shirt during Wednesday's 3-1 reserves victory over Peterborough United.
