Strong Reserve Side Faces Watford - Ipswich Town News
Town will field a strong side for tonight's reserve game against Watford at Boreham Wood's Meadow Park, the Blues' first match in the new Football Combination Challenge Cup (KO 7pm).
David Norris, Danny Haynes, Alan Quinn, Dean Bowditch, Pim Balkestein, Tommy Smith, Jaime Peters and Jordan Rhodes are all set to face the Hornets' second string.
Town also take on Crystal Palace, Charlton and QPR in the new competition for Championship clubs playing in the three Combination League divisions.
