Clarke Nominated for Player of the Month - Ipswich Town News
Striker Billy Clarke has been nominated for the League Two Powerade Player of the Month award. Clarke, who is in this week's League Two Team of the Week, netted four times on Saturday as the frontman's loan side Darlington thrashed Macclesfield 6-0.
The Irish U21 international is up against Bradford's Peter Thorne, Dagenham and Redbridge midfielder Soloman Taiwo and Tommy Docherty from Wycombe Wanderers.
The winner will be announced on Sky Sports One's Big League Weekend 2 on Monday from 6pm.
